- 375 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 125 g almond (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- possibly almond (s)

- Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy, then knead in the remaining ingredients. Roll balls with a diameter of approx. 2.5 cm with your hands, place on a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for approx. 20 minutes. If you like, you can put a whole almond on the biscuits before baking.
- Not exactly low in calories, but delicious and so simple - we almost only bake them at Christmas!
