Ingredients

  • 50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 300 ml whiskey (Jack Daniel`s)
  • 4 tablespoon, heaped pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 180 g suar, brown
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 7 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Put water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, pineapple pieces, soy sauce, 130 g sugar and 150 ml Jack Daniel`s in a saucepan, heat and reduce to about half ..
  2. In the meantime, peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Heat the olive oil in the pan and toast the garlic in it. Add the roasted garlic to the pot.
  3. Peel and chop the onion, place in a pan and caramelize with the remaining sugar and then add to the saucepan.
