Tilapia with Tomatoes and Basil (in the Oven)

A delicious recipe for tilapia fillet (tilapia) with tomatoes and basil, with cheese, in the oven. It turns out to be an easy, tasty dietary dish.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Tilapia fillet – 4 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 400 g
- Basil (chopped leaves) – 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest – 2 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 teaspoon. lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil. Dip the tilapia fillet in the resulting marinade for 10 seconds.
- Place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the garlic into slices. Add chopped garlic. Grind the herbs. Sprinkle with basil. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and chop them randomly. Put the tomatoes on top of the herbs.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover with foil. Bake tilapia with tomatoes and basil in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Serve the oven-baked tilapia fillets hot.
