Ingredients
- 3 medium tomato (s), finely chopped
- 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 50 g walnuts, chopped into pea-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
- 1 teaspoon Pul Biber (dried chilli flakes)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Rub the chopped onions with salt, chilli flakes and pepper. Add tomatoes, parsley and walnuts. Mix in the pomegranate syrup, lemon juice and olive oil. Let it steep for 2 - 3 hours.
