Ingredients
- 1 small Head lettuce, green
- 3 medium mandarin (s)
- 1 apple
- 1 large pomegranate
- 1 point feta cheese, especially 200 - 250 g
- 4 tablespoon syrup, (grape syrup)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 half lemon
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) ground, colored peppercorns

- Core the pomegranate. To do this, cut into the belly all around, break open and uncoil the seeds. It is best to put a large bowl in the sink and let the seeds fall into it. Peel and fillet the mandarins. Cut into thirds. Wash, eighth, core, peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Add the fruits to the bowl, cut the feta cheese into cubes and add.
- For the dressing, squeeze the lemon and mix with olive oil and grape syrup, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash and clean the green lettuce and tear into pieces over the fruits in the bowl. Pour the dressing over it and mix everything well.
- Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
