Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), 800ml or equivalent amount fresh tomatoes
  • leaves Bay
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Basil, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. First peel an onion and dice it finely. Carefully fry with the garlic in olive oil, add a little tomato paste, fill up with the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Turn the plate down and let it boil down thickly for about 30 minutes. Season with herbs and spices to taste.
