Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini (with meat fillin)
- 300 g ham, cooked
- 300 g tomato (s)
- 2 bunch spring onion (s) (alternatively -3 leeks)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 200 g sour cream (or sour cream, creme fraiche)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- some black pepper
- 2 bunch basil (as fresh as possible, alternatively also dried)

- Cook the tortellini, dice the ham, cut the spring onions into rings, cut the tomatoes into eighths. Mix the marinade with Miracel Whip, sour cream, oil and vinegar and season with black pepper. Finely chop the basil and garlic and stir in. Put the cooled tortellini and the other ingredients in the marinade and stir.
- Tip: Tortellini salad tastes best if it is well drawn, so it is ideal when it is prepared the day before.
