Ingredients
- 100 g corn flour
- 100 g wheat flour
- 200 ml oat milk (oat drink) or other plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon tartar baking powder (pure tartar baking powder)
- some margarine, vegan

- Grease a small casserole or cake tin with margarine and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together. Add the remaining liquid ingredients and stir everything until a smooth dough is formed.
- Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 30 minutes. Do a chopstick test to check that it is all the way through.
- The bread is a great accompaniment to chillies, but also to colorful pan-fried vegetables, etc.
