Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 0.33 can corn kernels
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 80 g cheese, rated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers, onions and garlic into small pieces and slice the zucchini lengthways. Fry the minced meat with the onions and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Season the can of tomatoes with paprika, garlic, oregano and cumin, add and let simmer. The corn is only added at the end so that it stays crisp.
  3. At the same time fry the zucchini slices. Then layer everything in a baking dish. Start with meat, then creme fraîche, zucchini strips, meat, etc. until all the ingredients are used up.
  4. Finally sprinkle with cheese. Set the oven to grill setting and bake everything golden brown.
  5. The quantities and spices are of course variable. If you like, you can also add olives or carrots, etc.
