Ingredients
- 2 kg zucchini
- 1 kg bell pepper (s)
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 1 liter apple juice
- 1 liter water
- 700 ml vinegar (pickle master)
- 200 g suar
- 3 tablespoon salt
- 3 teaspoons curry powder

- Bring the apple juice, water and cucumber master to the boil for approx. 5 minutes. Then add sugar, salt and curry to taste. Peel the zucchini and onions. Cut the zucchini, onions and peppers into cubes. Cook everything in the marinade (firm to the bite) and pour into glasses while hot. Seal it and leave it upside down overnight.
