Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 390 ml biscuit (s) (chocolate biscuits), crumbled
  • 70 ml butter, melt

For the filling:

  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 230 ml sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons flavor (vanilla flavor)
  • 80 g chocolate, whole milk, melted
  • 80 g chocolate, white, melted
  • 160 ml strawberries or raspberries, pureed

For decoration:

  • 120 g chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons butter

Instructions

  1. For the base, mix the biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into a 26 springform pan and chill.
  2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl, stir in the eggs one by one and mix in the vanilla flavor. Then divide the mixture into 3 equal portions.
  3. Stir the melted, cooled milk chocolate into one portion. Stir the melted, cooled white chocolate into the next part and the pureed berries into the last part, so that you get 3 different colors.
  4. First you fill the dark mass into the prepared form and put the whole thing in the refrigerator for 5 - 10 minutes so that the mass can set. Repeat this with the white and pink mass.
  5. Bake the cheesecake at 180 ° C for about 45 - 55 minutes. Let cool down for 2 hours and ideally put in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  6. If you want, you can melt chocolate and butter over the water bath for decoration and cover the cake with it so that the chocolate runs down the side. The cake is served chilled.
