  • 150 g suar, white
  • 165 g suar, brown
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 225 g butter, cut into pieces
  • 310 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt (6 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, or 2 s baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder (2 g)
  • 335 g chocolate (chocolate droplets)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, stir the white and brown sugar with the butter until frothy, add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour mixture, stir and add the chocolate droplets. Mix well.
  2. Place a small pile with a teaspoon on an ungreased baking tray, bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
