  • 130 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
  • 1 packet aroma, (orange cake)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Jam, (e.g. orange) to put together
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Knead shortcrust pastry out of the ingredients and chill for approx. 25 minutes - then roll out thinly in portions on a well-floured board and cut out small drops - place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake lightly in a preheated oven at 150 ° for approx. 8-10 minutes - Then combine the cooled drops with the jam.
  2. Sprinkle with chocolate icing.
