Ingredients

  • 125 ml white wine
  • 250 ml water
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 apples
  • 250 g low-fat quark, 20% fat
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and grate the apples. Make a custard from white wine, water, sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and custard powder. Stir the grated apples into the still warm pudding mixture. Let the apple pudding mixture cool down.
  2. In the meantime, mix the whipped cream with 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and whip until stiff. Mix the low-fat quark with the powdered sugar. The sweetness of the quark can also be varied here according to taste. Then fold the cream into the quark.
  3. Then alternately fill the dessert glasses layer by layer with the pudding mixture and the cheese cream. The recipe is enough for approx. 7 dessert glasses.
  4. Chill the dessert for 1 - 2 hours before consumption, then it tastes better. I always like to garnish this dessert with a little cinnamon at the end.
