Ingredients

  • 60 g apricot (s), dried
  • orange juice
  • curry
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Pour the orange juice over the apricots in a tall blender jar until they are covered. Let it soak for at least 6 hours.
  2. Puree with the hand blender. Season with curry. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Goes very well with cold smoked pork or turkey breast.
