Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g rapes, pale seedless
  • 200 ml grape juice, light
  • 60 g bacon, lean, smoked
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 400 ml cream
  • Lemon juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bacon into strips. Dice the onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Fry the bacon in hot oil with the onions until golden brown. Salt and pepper the turkey meat and fry it with it. Deglaze with the grape juice and 500 ml of water, set aside.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms in it, dust with flour, deglaze with white wine. Reduce the wine by half, then add the cream and stir in, season with salt and pepper. Mix all of this with the meat. Wash the grapes, pluck them and add them. Refine with crème fraîche, let everything get hot for a moment and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. As a side dish: ribbon noodles.
