Ingredients

  • 200 g jelly (currant), red
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 200 ml rapeseed oil
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • Vinegar (raspberry)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a bottle with a cap. If you like, add honey, raspberry vinegar or olive oil.
  2. Shelf life approx. 2 weeks.
