  • 500 g potato (s), raw, peeled
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 100 g ham or bacon, diced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 dl milk
  • 2 dl cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 50 g cheese (Sbrinz), rated

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and Emmental cheese on the hash browns. Mix the potatoes, Emmental and ham / bacon and pour into a baking dish. Whisk eggs, milk, cream and salt well, season with pepper and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes. At the end, sprinkle with the sprinz. Bake for 45-50 minutes on the bottom groove of the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
