Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce or lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into pieces
- 1 onion (s), finely diced or cut into thin rings
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s), thinly sliced
- 1 pack sheep`s cheese, real, crumbled
- salt
- 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed (8 herbs, frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes), divided
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into pieces
- pepper from the grinder

- Put the fresh, cleaned and chopped vegetables in a bowl. Crumble the sheep cheese on top and season with salt, pepper and the herbs. Add the olive oil (I use herb-garlic-olive oil) and the tomatoes and mix everything carefully.
- Tip: You can also add olives if you like.
