Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber (s)
- 3 large tomato (s)
- 6 medium egg (s), hard-boiled
- 200 g cheese (Edam, Gouda etc.), sliced
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch chives
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Let the eggs cool down. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber, cut into approx. 1 centimeter thick slices and dice. Also dice the tomatoes, cheese and ham, cut the chives into rolls, and finally dice the eggs.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix with the remaining ingredients with two tablespoons. Let it steep for ten minutes, then serve.
