Ingredients
- 300 g pork tenderloin (s), cut into strips
- 300 g poultry liver
- 250 g breadcrumbs
- oil
For the marinade:
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 ½ stalk coriander, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For the vegetables: (vegetable and apple bed)
- 4 potato (s), sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 apples, sliced
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch coriander greens, chopped

- Preparation of the marinade:
- Mix all ingredients together. Then put the meat and liver in the marinade and cover and let stand for 1 hour.
- Preparation of the vegetable bed:
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into thin slices. Core and slice apples. Put everything in a saucepan with olive oil, chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper and cover and simmer for about 40 minutes over a moderate heat. Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes and let the vegetables roast lightly.
- Take the pieces of meat out of the marinade and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown in hot oil. Treat the liver pieces the same way.
- Arrange the apple vegetables on plates and place the breaded ingredients on top. Serve immediately.
