Breadsticks with Cheese and Garlic

Great recipe! Breadsticks with cheese and garlic are crispy and aromatic. And they prepare very easily! Just don’t repeat my mistake – start a bigger test. πŸ™‚ Sticks are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Delicious bread on your table, cook for health!

Ingredients

  • Flour – 360 g + for sprinkling on a baking sheet
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp + for greasing the baking sheet
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 210 ml
    For filling:
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
    For sprinkling the sticks:
  • Sesame

Directions

  1. Add yeast, sugar and a little flour to warm water. Stir and let the dough stand for a few minutes.
  2. Add baking powder and salt to the flour. We mix. Pour in vegetable oil and dough.
  3. Knead soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes. Then cover the dough with foil or a damp towel. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 100 g pieces (use scales).
  5. Round each piece of dough. I got six koloboks. We cover them with foil and let them come up for 10 minutes.
  6. During this time, we will prepare the filling.
  7. We mix olive oil with chopped garlic – we will grease the dough with it.
    Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  8. Roll each workpiece into a rectangle 2-3 mm thick. Lubricate with garlic oil and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly into a roll.
  9. As soon as we finished filling the last roll, we roll the first one with our hands, pulling it into a flagellum.
  10. Let the blanks stand under a film (towel) for about 20 minutes. Then moisten the blanks with water using a culinary brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We twist the sticks into a spiral. Transfer to a floured and oiled baking sheet.
  11. We bake bread sticks with cheese and garlic in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, temperature – 220 degrees. All the time the breadsticks were baked, there was an iron cup with water in the oven to steam.

The bread sticks with cheese and garlic are very aromatic, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bon Appetit!
