Cabbage with Chicken Breast

This dish is one of the easiest to prepare. Nevertheless, it is very tasty and is liked by almost everyone.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Chicken breast – 1-2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Pinch (to taste)
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cut the pre-peeled onion into small cubes.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  3. We clean the cabbage from the upper leaves, then chop it as thin as possible.
  4. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  5. Put the pieces of breast into a pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry until crusty.
  6. Then add onions and carrots to the chicken. And simmer for 3-4 minutes. Don’t forget to stir.
  7. After our vegetables and breast are stewed, we transfer them to a saucepan. We also send shredded cabbage there.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste and you can add a little water. Mix well and cover with a lid. Reduce heat and simmer until tender.
