Canapes with Herring and Kiwi

I suggest you make canapes with herring and kiwi. At first glance, it seems that these two ingredients are not at all compatible with each other. But such sandwiches will surely find their admirers due to their unusual taste.

Ingredients

  • Herring fillet – 250 g
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 70 g
  • Black bread – 100 g
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint) – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut black bread into small slices. For a beautiful presentation, you can cut the bread slices into geometric shapes using the culinary ring. Cut the chopped herring fillet into thin strips with a sharp knife.
  2. Peel the kiwi. Cut the kiwi into thin slices (be guided by the size of the bread slices).
  3. The ingredients for the canapes are prepared, you can start forming them. Grease the bread slices with butter. Put kiwi on top of the first ingredient.
  4. Put herring fillets on the kiwi. We decorate canapes with herring and kiwi with sprigs of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, mint). Bon Appetit!
