- 25 g wheat erm
- 15 g sunflower seeds
- 0.25 ¼ lemon (s), juice it
- possibly sugar or xylitol

- Wash and finely grate the carrots, drizzle with lemon juice, fold in the wheat germ and sunflower seeds. If you like, you can add a little sugar / xylitol.
- Tip:
- If you like it sweet, you can cut fruit. For a salad, grate / cut another cucumber and season with pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar and oil.
- A healthy breakfast and / or a quick salad.
