Ingredients
- 150 g cucumber (s), fresh (approx. 1/3 piece), washed, peeled, pitted
- 125 ml yogurt (3.5%)
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 pinch (s) sea salt
- 3 mint leaves
- 5 ice cubes

- Roughly chop the cucumber and mix with the yogurt, buttermilk, salt and mint in a tall mug with a hand blender until creamy.
- Put ice cubes in a 0.5 liter glass and fill up with the cucumber drink. Decorate with a straw, a slice of cucumber and a mint leaf.
- Tip: Can be upgraded with 4 cl tequila!
