Chinese Pork Сhop

Pork chop cutlet is good with your favorite side dish. Delicate tasty meat just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Pork cue ball (loin) – 500 g
  • Soy sauce – 30 g
  • Green onions – 30 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Flour – 5 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g

Directions

  1. The ingredients are in front of you.
  2. Wash and dry the meat. Cut into portions, about 1 cm thick.
  3. Lightly beat the meat.
  4. Wash the green onion and chop finely.
  5. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.
  6. Mix the soy sauce with the onion and garlic. Marinate meat in this mixture for 15 minutes.
  7. Then roll the meat in flour.
  8. Then in a beaten egg.
  9. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put prepared pieces of meat in hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, until golden brown.
  10. Then turn over and fry on the other side as well.
  11. The pork chop cutlet is ready. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
