Ingredients

  • 200 g ladyfiners
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 packet cream powder (paradise cream vanilla, chocolate or caramel)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • milk for drinking
  • possibly amaretto or rum

Instructions

  1. Prepare the paradise cream with 300 ml milk according to the instructions on the package. Pour the milk into a bowl to soak. Put the desiccated coconut in a deep plate.
  2. You take a sponge finger, pull it short on both sides! through the milk, smear it on one side (approx. 1 cm thick) with the paradise cream and place a second sponge finger on top, which is also short! Smooth out the sides of both sides in which the milk was dipped and turn the biscuit sandwich in the desiccated coconut (press down a little).
  3. Put the finished parts in a container. Place in the refrigerator for several hours until they are nice and soft and airy.
  4. Pull the ladyfingers through the milk only briefly, otherwise they will be mushy. If you like, you can add some amaretto, rum or the like to the milk for soaking and instead of the vanilla cream you can use chocolate or caramel cream for the filling.
