Ingredients
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened

- 2 cod fillet (s) (100-15 g each)

- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g spinach, frozen

- 1 scoop / n mozzarella, (25 g each)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Put the tomatoes in a saucepan and heat. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and herbs to taste. Then put the whole thing in a baking dish.
- Wash the cod, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and place on top of the tomato sauce.
- Peel and dice the onion or shallot and the clove of garlic and sauté in the teaspoon of oil. Thaw the spinach, I always do it in the microwave, add it to the pan and heat it up. Season with mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg and spread on the fish.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top of the spinach. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes.
