Ingredients

  • 2 cl orange liqueur, preferably Angel d`Or
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • sugar
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon coffee beans
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. The indication of 10 servings is for a small finger food serving. With larger portions it is enough for approx. 5 people.
  2. Orange granite:
  3. Squeeze the oranges and mix with the orange liqueur. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the vanilla pulp to the orange juice. Add a little sugar to taste. The juice with
  4. Mix with the hand blender, place in a shallow bowl and freeze.
  5. Coffee cream:
  6. Roast the coffee beans in a dry pan until they are fragrant. Caution: do not let it burn! Bring the cream to the boil, add the roasted beans and sugar. Cover everything and let it stand for half an hour. Pour off the cream through a sieve, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator.
  7. Serving:
  8. Whip the coffee cream, put it in a piping bag and squirt into small glasses. Scrape the orange granite with a spoon and place on top of the cream. Serve immediately.
