Ingredients
- 8 slices toast (three-grain toast)
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 tomato (s)
- 3 medium egg (s)
- 2 sheets iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices ham, cooked
- salt
- pepper
- parsley

- Cut tomatoes, mozzarella, boiled ham and iceberg lettuce so that you can easily place them on a toast slice.
- Whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Put in a hot pan and fry as an omelette. Take out and quarter so that you can drape an egg on the toast.
- Now cover the toast, starting with the iceberg lettuce, boiled ham, egg corner, mozzarella and finally the tomatoes. Now put on another slice of toast, press lightly and cut across so that you have two triangles.
- You can also design the whole thing a little artfully on a plate by placing a few leaves of lettuce on the plate, adding small slices of cucumber and tomato quarters and then adding the triangles. Good Appetite
