Ingredients

  • 300 g douh, filo douh (4 sheets), alternatively puff pastry -
  • 100 g sheep cheese, (cut up with a fork)
  • 50 g cheese, (Gruyère, freshly rated)
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Pepper, freshly ground (to taste and heat)
  • 60 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the 4 filo pastry sheets with a little water and leave to rest on a work surface (covered with a damp kitchen towel).
  2. In the meantime, chop the herbs into small pieces, finely slice the Gruyère cheese, chop the feta with a fork and mix with the spices, egg and oil.
  3. Then roll out the dough sheets and cut 7 x 20 cm strips.
  4. Mix the milk with the soft butter and brush the dough with it.
  5. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 °.
  6. Now put approx. 1 teaspoon of cheese filling on each lower end and fold 2 strips of dough into a triangle! Now fold up and shape into a triangle. Process the two strips underneath in the same way.
  7. Now place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then brush with the butter / milk mixture.
  8. Now bake at approx. 200 ° C for about 10 minutes, until the pieces have a golden brown color.
