- 4 ears corn
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper

- Remove the leaves and threads of the corn on the cob.
- Put in a large saucepan in boiling salted water and cook gently for 20 minutes.
- Season with pepper and salt and pour melted but not browned butter over it.
- Stick a toothpick into the narrow place to hold it and eat out of your hand.
