- 300 g cornel cherries, cooked from the fruit
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 250 g preservin suar, 3: 1

- Total time: 40 minutes
- The Cornelian cherry jam is obtained from the Cornelian cherries with a little water by boiling them and pressing them through a sieve.
- Everything, including the peeled and pitted pears, which have been cut into thin slices, are then placed in a saucepan according to the instructions on the package and cooked for 4 minutes.
- The finished hot jam is then placed in hot, prepared twist-off jars and sealed.
- The jam tastes great.
