- 200 g suar, brown
- 200 ml rum (Havana Club)
- 1 ½ liter mineral water
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 bottles sparkling wine

- Rub the peel of 3 limes.
- Squeeze out approx. 100 ml of juice from 5 - 6 limes. Mix 300 ml of water with the lime zest and lime juice, pour into ice cube molds and freeze overnight.
- Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces.
- Eight the 6 limes and crush them with the brown sugar. Top up with the Havana, add strawberries and chill.
- Before serving, add the sparkling wine, mineral water and the lime ice cubes to the Havana mixture.
