Ingredients
- 1 jar mayonnaise (500 ml)
- 2 glasses salmon substitute (smoked saithe schnitzel) approx. 15 g each
- 12 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 150 g diced ham
- Parsley for decoration

- Peel the eggs and cover the bottom of a baking dish with mayonnaise.
- Cut the boiled eggs into slices or cubes, preferably with an egg cutter, and spread over them. Spread the ham evenly over the eggs. Drain the pollack a little and pour it over the ham.
- If you want, you can decorate the salad with parsley. Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.
- The salad doesn`t need to be seasoned.
