Ingredients
- 1 glass tartar sauce
- 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 150 g ham, lean, diced
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 1 small onion (s)
- 5 pickled cucumber (s)
- some chili powder

- Chop the onion, cut the pickles into small cubes. Mix with the tartar sauce and season with a little chili powder. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices.
- Put the tartar sauce as the bottom layer in a baking dish or bowl. Spread the eggs on top, then sprinkle the ham cubes and then the chives rolls over them. Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- The salad should not be missing at any party with us. Also tastes very tasty as a spread on fresh bread rolls.
