Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • N / A Chili, chopped
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • rosemary, thyme, oregano
  • olive oil
  • possibly flour

Instructions

  1. Dice the peppers. Chop the onion and sweat it in a little olive oil.
  2. Pour 2/3 of the wine and cream, add the chilli and herbs and simmer for about 25 minutes. Then process everything well with a hand blender (there may still be a few small pieces of paprika inside).
  3. Add the rest of the wine and cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Possibly dilute with a little cream or thicken with a little flour everyone likes a sauce in a different consistency.
