  • 100 g chocolate, fine, whole milk
  • 3 tablespoon coffee powder, instant (Nescafe)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 0.5 liter ½ whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and fold in the coffee. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy and mix in the chocolate. Beat egg white and cream until stiff and fold loosely into the chocolate mixture, leave to marbled. Refrigerate.
