Ingredients

  • 1 cake base, (light or dark sponge cake base)
  • some jam, apricot
  • 1 small Can / s mixed fruit
  • 1 packet icing, white
  • 0.25 liter ¼ passion fruit juice
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 4 cups yogurt, (fruit gnomes, no red fruit flavor!)

Instructions

  1. Put a cake ring around the bottom. Spread some jam on the floor.
  2. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Stir in the sour cream and fruit gnomes and finally fold in the well-drained fruit salad. Spread the mass on the floor.
  3. Prepare the icing with the juice, pour it onto the cake and let it set.
