Ingredients

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 300 g suar
  • 120 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 300 grams flour
  • 75 g almond (s), sliced
  • 2 glasses fruit

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar, bring the butter to the boil with the milk. Put everything together (the milk and butter may still be warm when put together).
  2. Add baking powder and flour.Place the dough on a baking sheet (greased), distribute the fruit (e.g. 1 glass of cherries and two small cans of mandarins or 2 glasses of cherries) evenly and sprinkle with the almonds and bake for approx. 24 - 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
