Banana Fruitcake with Berries

This is a very simple banana berry muffin recipe. Making a delicious winter berry muffin is not a tricky matter as you can use both fresh and frozen berries in this recipe.
Ingredients
- Ripe bananas (large) – 3 pcs.
- Raspberries and Blackberries (frozen berries) – 1 glass
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Kefir – 1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
- Flour – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla sugar – 2 tbsp
- Soda – 1/2 teaspoon.
Directions
- In a bowl, mash mashed bananas.
- Add eggs, kefir, vegetable oil, mix.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking soda.
- Pour the contents of the first bowl into the second and stir the banana dough. Add berries and stir again.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment, grease with vegetable or butter and pour the dough into it.
- Bake banana fruitcake with berries for 1 hour.
- Banana muffin with berries is ready. Enjoy your meal!
