Gluten Free Almond Cake

A detailed recipe for a gluten-free almond cake.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Almonds – 200 g
  • Eggs – 4  pcs.
  • Brown sugar – 200 g
  • Grated lemon zest – 1 tablespoon.
  • Сhopped rosemary – 1 teaspoon.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Roast the almonds, peel, and grind them.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar into a light foam.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking dish (20x30cm), grease it with some butter beforehand, and bake the cake in the center of the oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool. Before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and lemon zest.
