Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • 250 g mararine

For covering:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream, beaten until stiff
  • 0.5 ½ pack cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 bag ½ desiccated coconut
  • 100 g butter, possibly less
  • 100 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough well and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake at 160 degrees hot air for 20 minutes (preheated).
  2. Mix the sour cream, paradise cream and sugar, fold in the whipped cream and spread on the cooled cake. Brown the coconut flakes, butter and sugar, leave to cool and add to the mixture.
