Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
- 1 glass tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
- 2 onion (s), red
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 clove (s) garlic, diced
- 1 bowl rocket
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oil, from the pickled tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Cut the vine tomatoes into slices, the dried tomatoes into strips, the red onions into thin rings.
- Make a salad dressing from vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar and mix with the other ingredients.
