Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 4 spring onions, cut into thin rings
  • 1 bell pepper (s), diced
  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s), sliced
  • 250 g quark, Turkish (Lor Peynir) or feta cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoon pul beaver
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sumac

For the dressing:

  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, high quality
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the vegetables, start with the onions.
  2. Now mix the cheese with the onions and the spices (except sumac) and set aside. So the taste can really permeate and the aroma unfold.
  3. Cut and stir in the remaining vegetables. Pay attention to flat-leaf parsley with the parsley.
  4. Mix a dressing from oil and lemon juice, or mix directly in the salad. It is best to use freshly ground pepper. Be careful with the salt when using feta cheese.
  5. Regarding cheese: the use of Lor Peynir has the advantage that it i. d. R. is rich in protein (> 20%) and low in fat.
