Ingredients
- 2 point puff pastry, (in the cooling shelf)
- 1 kg minced meat, (half and half)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 small Can (s) mushrooms
- 2 pt cheese, Chester (slices)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper

- Season the minced with a chopped onion, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper and an egg.
- Grease the baking sheet and roll out a layer of puff pastry. Spread the seasoned minced meat on top.
- Then spread the mushrooms on top and top with the slices at the end.
- Put another layer of puff pastry on top. Press the edges together a little and brush with egg yolk.
- In the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- Can be prepared in the morning and simply put in the oven in the evening.
- It tastes delicious and quickly fills you up, ideal for small celebrations.
