Ingredients
- 3 m. Strawberries, aromatic
- 6 basil leaves
- 2 slices ham (Serrano ham)
- Pepper, black, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon lavender honey, stronger
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- First you need to cut the strawberries lengthways into thin sticks, season with coarsely ground pepper and let it steep a little. Now arrange the ham loosely in the middle of the plate.
- For the raspberry vinaigrette, stir together the olive oil, vinegar, honey and lemon juice and set aside. Cut the basil into fine strips and add it to the spiced strawberries.
- Finally, arrange the strawberries on the ham, pour the vinaigrette on top and season the whole story with more pepper (if necessary).
