Ingredients

  • 500 g couscous (fine bulur)
  • 5 cans tomato (s), cut into pieces (480ml )
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, freshly pressed, as thick as possible (possibly Chinese tubers)
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes, possibly 2 heaped
  • 2 tablespoon sea salt, unrefined or normal
  • 1 cup grenadine syrup
  • 2 cup / s olive oil, (the finest quality)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s), small sweet ones, halved or whole

Instructions

  1. Except for the cherry tomatoes and the olive oil: Mix all other ingredients well, stir, steep for 30 minutes and leave to swell.
  2. Then stir in the oil and knead it well by hand.
  3. Then carefully fold in the cherry tomatoes. Let it steep for another 15 minutes. Finished.
  4. With flatbread, salad, or as a side dish to oriental dishes such as falafel.
  5. Or quite German: with onion rings on a roll, then it looks like meat! Or enjoy pure.
