Iris Milk

Toffee, soft sweets with a milky taste, we all love from childhood. How to make milk toffee at home? It’s very simple, we’ll tell you now.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1-1.5 cups
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Butter – 70-100 g
  • Almonds – 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g

Directions

  1. Prepare milk toffee products.
  2. Boil the milk, melt the butter in it.
  3. Add sugar gradually.
  4. Then cook over low heat (or better at the very minimum), stirring constantly. This is what the mixture looks like after 1 hour of cooking on low heat (with a barely noticeable boil).
  5. Chop the almonds (chop with a knife or crush with a rolling pin).

    Pour in the crushed almonds (this is what the mixture looks like after 1.5 hours).

    It is necessary to cook the iris until the mass becomes viscous (1.5-2 hours). Add vanilla sugar.

    This mass must be poured into molds and cooled (3-4 hours).

    Cut the frozen iris into cubes or remove from portion molds. Serve milk toffee to tea
